About Talpa

Talpa de Allende is considered one of the most religious towns in Mexico due to its yearly pilgrimages, its beautiful basilica, and its miraculous virgin, Our Lady of El Rosario. In addition to that, it has the Pueblo Mágico denomination due to its gorgeous landscapes and natural wonders like waterfalls and even a maple forest. Thousands of devout catholics from across the state of Jalisco visit the Talpa virgin frequently to pray for their loved ones and to thank her for the miracles she's performed.

About the Agave Experience

Tequila is a traditional drink in Mexico but can be a complex spirit to pair. There are 5 main types of tequila. Each serves a different purposes and is best taken in different ocassions. Our Master Tequilier, Tequila Sommelier, will teach you how to distinguish them from each other by sensing their scents and flavors. Furthermore, we will combine them with different foods to get the most out of every pairing. At the end you will decide which Tequila works best with you and your favorite meals.
